Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. (3/4 c.) small curd cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 eggs, beaten with a fork
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
