Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat or ground turkey
    salt
    pepper
    garlic to taste (salt or powder)
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and diced chilies
    1 (2 lb.) Velveeta cheese
    chopped lettuce, tomatoes and green onions
    1 bag corn chips (tortillas)
    milk
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Drain.
    Cut Velveeta cheese into small squares.
    Add to meat.
    Add Ro-Tel.
    Add taco seasoning.
    Cook until melted.
    Use milk to thin mixture, if necessary.
    In individual servings, crunch chips into small pieces.
    Add cheese and meat mixture to top.
    Add salad toppings as desired.
