Scotch Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Five minutes before cake is done, place in saucepan used in making the cake.
Bring ingredients to a boil.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla, coconut and pecans.
Mix and spread on cake while both are still hot.
