Golden Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Filippo Berro mild and light olive oil
3 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Generously grease and flour one 10-inch Bundt pan or two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, sift all dry ingredients together.
Add milk, olive oil, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake on center rack 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
