Italiano Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 to 4 c. plain flour, divided
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 egg
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
    Combine milk, water and 2 tablespoons margarine in a small bowl.
    Stir until butter or margarine melts.
    Cool to lukewarm (105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0).
    Add milk mixture to flour mixture; beat at medium speed of electric mixer 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add egg and beat until well blended.
    Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
