Applesauce Stack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
dash of salt
2 level tsp. baking powder
1 rounded tsp. soda

Preparation

After mixing, take a handful of stiff dough and mash it into a round cake pan which has been lined with wax paper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
Cool.
