Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine with pastry cutter, flour, crisco and sugar. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast and buttermilk to dry ingredients. Let rise 1 hour (can be baked without rising). Roll out & cut. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
