Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion (chopped)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can El Chico chilies (4 oz.)
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 pkg. tortillas
    1 can El Chico enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large saucepan, add soups, sauce and chilies.
    Simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Grease a casserole dish, pour half of the mixture into dish, top with half of the cheese, place a layer of tortillas on top of cheese.
    Add remaining mixture, again top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
