Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Put eggs, seasonings, vinegar and 1/2 cup oil in blender container.
    Cover and process at whip.
    Immediately remove feeder cap and pour in the remaining oil in a steady thin stream.
    Use rubber spatula, if necessary, to keep ingredients flowing into processing blades.
