Round Steak With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, tenderized
    flour, salt and pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Cut into several pieces.
    Flour both sides and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix 1 tablespoon flour mixture in water and pour over meat.
    Cover with foil and bake for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
    This is very tender.
