Spoon Rolls(No Kneading, No Rising) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. melted shortening (lukewarm)
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix together the dry yeast, sugar, lukewarm water and beaten egg.
    Add melted shortening and flour.
    Store in refrigerator. Keeps one week.
    Use as much or as little dough as you need at each time.
    Drop by teaspoons into greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
