Last Minute Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. strawberries or rhubarb or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen fruit
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add rest of ingredients except fruit.
    Mix on low until blended.
    Spread in 9-inch pan.
    Place fruit evenly on top of batter.
    Batter will rise in between fruit to cover it.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm, topped with whipped cream.
