Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. Blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/3 c. rich round crackers, crushed
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour and cheeses. Add milk; cook and stir until mixture boils.
Stir in broccoli. Place in a 1-quart casserole and top with cracker crumbs.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
