Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, shredded (about 3 c.)
1 carrot, shredded
1 onion, diced
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 level Tbsp. sour cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together, except onion, unless it is to be served that day.
If too dry, add 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar.
