Sweet And Sour Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. sliced raw potatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced raw onions (or less)
    1 c. minced green pepper
    2 c. cooked tomatoes (Italian or stewed tomatoes taste great)
Preparation
    Season each layer, using in total 2 teaspoons salt (regular or seasoned) and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
