Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Mix sugar, stick of oleo, Crisco, buttermilk, egg yolks, flour, soda, nuts and coconut together.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured cake pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
