Swedish Pecan Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground pecans
1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar and mix well. Shape dough into balls the size of walnuts.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 275\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until light brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again after cookies have cooled.
Yields 2 dozen.
