Jello Salad - Lime - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 1/4 c. hot water
    2 to 3 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in a bowl and pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Add pineapple, cottage cheese, evaporated milk, mayonnaise and chopped nuts.
    Mix together with a spoon.
    Let harden (preferred overnight).
