California Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 taco shells
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 c. bite size pieces cooked beef
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Prepare taco shells.
    Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted.
    Stir in cornstarch.
    Add tomatoes, green pepper, onion and garlic.
    Cook and stir over low heat until hot, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in beef, raisins and salt; cook and stir until beef and raisins are hot, about 5 minutes.
    Spoon about 1/3 cup of beef mixture into each taco shell.
    Yields 5 servings.
