Chicken Eva - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 deboned chicken breasts, cut in halves
lemon juice
cracker crumbs, seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick oleo
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brush chicken breasts with lemon juice, then roll in seasoned cracker crumbs.
Brown in skillet.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Mix together in saucepan on low heat cream of chicken soup, butter and cheese.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
