Cold Senegalese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat or blend in an electric blender until creamy-smooth.
Chill.
Serve in cups or bowls.
If you like, sprinkle with chopped, toasted almonds or flaked coconut.
