Shao Lin Jones Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken thighs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables
    2 packs Ramen Oriental noodles
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Heat wok to high temperature.
    Debone and dice chicken thighs. Boil Ramen noodles as directed on package (do not add seasoning packet yet).
    Pour frozen vegetables in heated wok that has been coated with olive oil and margarine.
    Stir-fry vegetables until soft, yet crunchy.
    Add diced chicken seasonings and Ramen flavor packets.
    Stir until fully mixed.
    Lower heat to simmer.
    Drain noodles, rinse and place on heated plate.
    Drain wok juices and pour vegetables and chicken over noodles.
