Beef Ribs Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 of whole onion
3 to 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lemon
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Put the juice of one whole lemon on meat.
Lay onion rings on meat.
Put all other ingredients on meat and cover.
Store in refrigerator overnight or for 4 to 5 hours.
Shake and turn upside down to mix marinade a couple of times.
Cook and add barbecue sauce to taste.
