Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    bread crumbs
    1 small can mushrooms (with liquid)
    Muenster cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small pieces; let set in beaten egg for 1 hour or overnight.
    Make into patties.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry in Crisco until brown.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Top with mushrooms (with liquid).
    Top with cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
