Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1 can (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. grated process cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter; add soup, milk, mushrooms, pimiento and basil.
Place half the noodles in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover with half each of mushroom sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
