Christmas Rocks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. chopped nuts
1 lb. golden raisins
1 lb. chopped dates
3 jars red cherries
3 jars green cherries
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in water
Preparation

Mix all dried fruit and nuts in flour.
Then mix together with eggs, sugar, cinnamon and margarine.
Add drained cherries and soda.
Add some juice of red cherries, this adds taste and color.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool.
