Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
    1 large box sugar-free orange jello
    2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 (9 oz.) carton lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Heat pineapple to a boil.
    Add jello to dissolve.
    Let cool. Then add buttermilk.
    Let cool until slightly thickened.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Mix and let congeal.
