Neiman-Marcus Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer) pkg. white cake mix
    10 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, butter and chopped pecans in mixer bowl; mix well.
    Add 1 egg and egg white, beating just until moist.
    Spread in lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cream confectioners sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in bowl until light and fluffy.
    Beat in remaining 2 eggs and egg yolk 1 at a time, scraping bowl frequently.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
    Cool in pan. Chill, covered with foil, overnight.
    Yield:
    32 servings.
