Kay'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Ragu or another sauce (approximately 2 1/2 c.)
    small carton cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked according to pkg.
Preparation
    Brown meat
    and
    add
    sauce.
    Simmer for a few minutes. Mix cottage cheese and egg.
    Put thin layer of sauce on bottom of casserole
    dish.
    Layer
    cooked
    noodles,
    sauce
    on top of noodles, then
    cheese and egg mixture, then Mozzarella cheese. Do this twice\tand top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or a little less. This recipe can be doubled.
