Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups mashed cooked pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 cups milk
    3 eggs or 4 yolks
    2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon cloves
Preparation
    Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
    Bake just till a silver knife inserted 1 inch from side of filling comes out clean.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 (hot oven) 45 to 55 minutes.
