Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. lean ground beef
    5 heaping tsp. quick cure salt
    3 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Combine and mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate; stir once a day for 3 days.
    Separate into 3 balls.
    Shape each into a roll.
    Bake on broiler pan at 150\u00b0 for 9 hours.
    Turn occasionally.
