Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. white rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package and cook rice.
    (You can cook rice ahead of time.)
    Saute onions, celery, and bell pepper in margarine.
    Mix all ingredients including soups and pour into casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (25-30 minutes).
