Mustard Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 lb. lean flank steak or sirloin steak
Preparation
    For marinade, whisk together all ingredients, except meat. Place steak in a shallow dish and cover with marinade to coat thoroughly.
    Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
    Grill or broil, basting with marinade until desired doneness.
