Aunt Alice'S Holupki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) Head Cabbage
    2 lb. Ground Beef
    1 Tbsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    1 Onion, Chopped
    2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
    1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
    1 Small Can Sauerkraut
    1 Cup Rice
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation
    Cut core out of cabbage and steam until leaves soften.
    Wash rice several times until water becomes clear.
    Cover with water, heat to boiling.
    Turn off and rinse in cold water.
    Drain
