Easy Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    melted margarine
    seasoned croutons, crumbled in blender or food processor
Preparation
    Moisten chicken breasts in the melted margarine.
    Roll breasts in crouton crumbs.
    Coat both sides.
    Cook breasts, covered, with wax paper in the microwave.
    Cook on high about 2 to 3 minutes per breast.
    Be careful not to overcook.
