Erlette'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cooking wine
    1/4 lb. pineapple
    1 3/4 lb. white raisins
    2 lb. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, flour and spices.
    Mix in fruit and nuts.
    Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
