Baked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 large onion
1 green pepper
4 stalks celery
2 large carrots
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1/3 c. catsup
2 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Roll steak in flour.
Brown in small amount of fat.
Put in baking pan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
