Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, boned, split and skinned
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella, thinly sliced and cut in triangles
Preparation
    Place chicken on waxed paper.
    Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness. Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
    Dip meat into eggs and roll in crumbs.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
