Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stew meat
3 stalks celery
2 small onions
2 Tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
2 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Cook in Dutch oven with lid on for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
Two hours before stew is done, add potatoes, green beans and carrots.
