Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1 medium onion, minced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Drain vegetables and add cheese, sour cream, soups, onion and chestnuts.
Mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine.
Spread on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 8.
