Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

meat from 1 large fryer or 6 Market Day chicken steaks, cooked and diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, diced
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers (not box, individual), crushed
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Mix the soup, sour cream and onion.
Pour over cooked chicken. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the chicken.
Drizzle melted butter over the cracker topping.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice.
