Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 baking potatoes
    onions
    1 c. cheese, grated (per can of soup)
    1 1/2 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry potatoes with onions until brown.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients in frying pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
