Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 bunches broccoli (fresh)
1 small onion, diced
1 lb. bacon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cook salad dressing, sugar and vinegar until they become thick and clear.
Let cool for approximately 2 hours.
Cut broccoli into small pieces.
Mix onion and broccoli pieces.
Fry bacon crisp and crumble into broccoli mixture.
Pour cooled dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to mix.
Add raisins, if desired.
