Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

3 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. pimiento
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Slice eggs in half, lengthwise.
Carefully remove yolks and mash in bowl.
Combine mashed egg yolks, relish, mayonnaise, pimiento, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper and mix until well blended.
Fill egg white halves with mixture; divide between the six halves.
Chill before serving.
