Pul-Gogi(Korean Broiled Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cut into very thin slices (3-inch squares)
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. sesame seed
    water (if pan frying)
    speck of red pepper
    1 green onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put beef, sugar and oil into a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Combine soy sauce, pepper, chopped onion (including top), chopped garlic, sesame seed and flour.
    Add to the meat mixture and mix well.
    Let stand 15 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.
    Broil on a charcoal fire or fry in a small amount of water; steam until meat is tender.
    Serve hot with rice and vegetable salad.
