Stuffed Celery Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium bunch celery
    Tingy cheese, creamed aged Cheddar or Roquefort spread
Preparation
    Cut top off celery; wash and dry each stalk.
    Fill smallest stalk with cheese, then fill next smallest stalk; press firmly into first.
    Continue filling and pressing stalks together until all celery is formed into a bunch.
    Tie with string.
    Chill.
    To serve, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.
