Chafing Dish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 large grated onion
    1 lemon (juice only)
    1/2 jar (large) grape jelly
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine ground
    meat,
    egg, onion and salt.
    Keep separate. Combine and
    heat chili sauce, lemon juice and jelly in a large skillet.
    Shape meat mixture into small balls and drop into sauce. Simmer
    until
    brown.
    Meat
    balls
    can be transferred to chafing dish and served warm with cocktail picks.
