Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Boil together until candy thermometer reads 236\u00b0 or until temperature reaches the soft ball stage.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts.
Continue stirring until no longer glossy.
Cool on baking sheet, then separate.
