Vegetarian Pecan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 qt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    4 c. Special K cereal
    2 pkg. George Washington broth or 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs
    with\tcottage
    cheese.
    Stir\tin pecans, sour cream, oil, broth, cheese and onion.
    Add Special K cereal and mix lightly.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
