Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Idaho potatoes, scrubbed
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 slices chopped, cooked bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 egg yolks
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of white pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Split lengthwise. Scoop insides into mixing bowl and reserve 6 empty shells.
    Puree potatoes. Add remainder of ingredients except Parmesan cheese and paprika. Fill shells and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    May omit egg yolks and use no-fat sour cream for lighter version.
